On Thursday, May 6, the Quantitative Elemental Mapping for the Life Sciences Resource hosted an introductory meeting with research partners. The meeting was about three hours long with presentations given by the Technology and Research Development (TR&D) leads and the Developing Biomedical Project (DBP) members.
The TR&D presentations covered the new technologies being developed and offered to researchers. The DBP presentations provide examples of testbed projects that the resource’s technology may help uncover hidden insights. Click Here for talks including full videos with subtitles.
The first in person QE-Map workshop was held at MSU in East Lansing, MI on August 16-18, 2022. It consisted of a day and a half symposium followed by a day and half workshop discussing quantitative elemental mapping in the life sciences. It was attended by 51 principal investigators, postdoctoral researchers, graduate and undergraduate students. Click on this look to find out more about the 2022 QE-Map Workshop/Symposium.
